MAXFERM is a dry protein rich fermentation product from a controlled solid state fermentation of selected mold cultures. It contains many amino acids, nucleotids, minerals and other bio-active compounds with an enzymatic effect.
MAXFERM serves as a nutritional complex that lowers the anti-nutritional effect of the NSP fraction in the feed. This ensures a better digestion and significantly increases the utilization of feed protein and energy. MAXFERM results in a better feed efficiency, but also a better gut health and higher animal performance.
